We've all heard the phrase, "To earn more money, find a way to serve more people and provide more value." 

In this episode, Heather explores how shifting your focus from what you sell to how you serve can create not only financial success but also meaningful connections with your clients.

Here are five strategies that will not only enhance the value you provide, but also enable you to charge more:

1️⃣ Give hope to your clients

Motivate and inspire them, acknowledge their struggles and remind them of how what they do makes a difference

2️⃣ Send surprises

Send letters in the post,  great articles via email, and even little random thank you gifts

3️⃣ Get to know your clients (and actually care)

Learn who their kids are. Find out their weaknesses and strengths when it comes to what you offer.  Then support their weaknesses with additional help and acknowledge their strengths.

4️⃣ Volunteer your wisdom

There is a time and a place to charge for your knowledge, and when a current customer needs your help offer it. Jump in without being asked.  Look for ways to make their life easier.

5️⃣ Introduce your network to each other

When you know two clients who could help each other in business or personally make an intro. Connect people. And don't expect anything in return.
